This was my first time experiencing a solo dining booth and I loved every part of it! Went in a group of 3 around 8PM on a Thursday and were given our own booths within 10 minutes. That includes the time we placed our order using the kiosk. Hosts are very friendly and will explain how it works if it's your first time. Once you sit down at the booth, you hand over the receipt and they being your order. There really is only one thing on the menu (Tonkotsu Ramen) but with pork or vegetarian variations. One thing I did like is you're able to customize your ramen's richness/oil content in the broth, saltiness, spiciness, and how well the noodles are cooked. Ended up ordering pork and followed their recommendations. It was 10/10. The egg was perfect, slightly runny in the middle. Next time, I may get the noodles a bit softer though. I also ordered the Matcha Pudding, just because I was intrigued and it was alright (hard to outdo the ramen tbh). This is a no tipping establishment, which was also new to me. But once I saw the price of the ramen, it made sense. I definitely recommend and would come back.

Once I stepped in the restaurant, I had to order on the ipad and pay. I bought the receipts to our little individual stalls and place them by the window that was covered. They came and took our receipts and within 5 minutes my ramen and beer was here. The ramen was delicious. I selected medium spice and medium firmness of ramen. I recommend getting the topping set, it comes with additional chashu, mushrooms, scallions, seaweed and a soft boiled egg. The matcha beer went well with ramen. I was do full and didn't get a chance to order dessert. I will definitely come back when I am craving for some ramen.

Always hits the spot. They make you order on iPads now. Reassured the I hear it tastes the same in Japan. I recommend ordering the side of vinegar. It's a game changer.

Ramen here is definitely very solid, broth is rich and flavorful without being oily, noodles are a good texture, chashu is tender, and I loved the chili oil they use here. That being said, is it worth the hassle of getting in? Ehh. I waited in line 25-30 min and the only reason it wasn't longer was because it started raining and people left. It's also rather pricey for ramen.
